1:17:00 the Km is more when Vmax/2 is same in case of competative inhibitor because when the subs. conc. was increased then inhibitor left the enzyme so the velocity reached to normal but conc. of sub remained more
edit: in short the no. of enzyme remained constant but the conc. of subs. increased as we moved through the time dimention
1:17:00 the vmax was decreased and the km remained constant. letssuppose 100 enzymes were there before adding 50 non c0ompetative inhibitor but after adding 50 noncompetat0ive inhibitor the no. of enzymes decresed to 50 but the type of enzyme and substrate remaind same therefore the km remained same but the velocity decresed because the no. of enzyme was decreased
in short the reaction occured as if the destroyed enzymes are not exsist from starting

In competitive inhibitor vmax is same but km is different because competive inhibitor binding with active site is temporary but this binding can be removed only by increasing substrate concentration so to keep vmax same reaction should proceed and for proceding inhibitor should be removed and km value is increased and efficiency of enzyme is decreased as enzyme dhere dhere bind karega

Mam,I have one doubt that how product concentration affects the rate of reaction because even if there is change in active site due to the occupying of allosteric site .Then the substrate can induce the active site to change its shape as per Induced Fit mechanism?

PH of blood in artery is more so enzyme may work at basic pH ( 7 - 7.4 ) and pH in vein is less due to co2 so enzyme may work at acidic pH ( 6.8 - 7 ) and the temperature at which enzyme work in blood is somewhat more than body temperature as temperature of blood in slightly more than the body temperature
