I feel these songs are connected. Euphoria is what you feel when you are together with your new love.
Tattoo instead is the feelings when it's ended, but the feelings and memories are so stuck with you.
Euphoria is nordic with snow and moonlight.
Tatoo is southern with sand and sunlight.

on the 2nd part i would say it like, Euphoria is like Swedish and Tattoo is Icelandic, same language group and sounds the same but doesnt translate the same way

Maybe we should think about this like it's her first time in ESC. Like there was no Euphoria before... Then it's a smash. Nothing we've heard or seen before. It's in it's league of it's own. I’ve actually heard a lot of people talk about not understanding her but I don’t think that’s a very big problem.
I was wondering what the feeling I got in her middle-thingy, and when you said Madonna from Frozen -- so on point! (I've never really been a fan of hers, but LOVE that song).

The screen over her weights 1.8 tons. She won't be able to have the same screen due to the weight but let's hope she will have a similar screen so it keeps the same epic feel to the song and the performance!

I really like it, even if it's not in my top 10 (at least yet). My only main concern is that a lot of people seem to say she already won like there's no competition, which bothers me and taints the song in my mind.
You're so sweet. This was fun to watch you watch, and your love for Loreen shines through in your face. She is a true artist, and everything in this performance is 100% intentional. It's not my favorite this year, but it is a great performance, and I can totally see her winning with this one this year!

I've heard all the songs I think and I can only say one thing; Loreen is a masterpiece, there is no song better than Loreen's. The only one that comes close is the song from Norway, but Loreen is from another planet.
I love “Euphoria”, but I don’t really see the similarity to “Tattoo”. I actually like that “Tattoo” has these ethnic Berber references. The end gives me goosebumps. So overall, this is such a good entry for Sweden!
BUT - I just hope that the Swedish team will figure out a way to replicate the staging from Malmo. The staging in Stockholm was a bit messy because of the camera angles and the smoke.

There were other good songs in the final, but she won both the televote and the jurys by a wide margin. The same can be said for 2012. In fact, the guy who came second in 2012 spoke at the final about what it was like to compete against Lorene at full power. Honestly, his song in 2012 was really good and probably would have won the year before or after.
Fun fact: there were some betting sites that but Loreen as most likely to win Eurovision before she even won melfest this year 😅
Even more fun it that both Jon Henrik AND Mariette was also competing this year.
And they came second and third after Måns when he went all the way to win Euriovision 2015.

Lorreen is a great performer, singer, artist - and she will slay the Jury, 💗 I dont know about the telvoting..... we always ve 2 consider in Sweden she is a "Godess".... . genrerally the song sounds like having a missing highlight.... for me its incomplete - but all the rest of it is - "perfect"... 🙄🙄🙄😲💫 but at Eurovision I expect sth new... sth suprising.. and this is missing here... it starts in intro like Euphoria.... song is just a "delivery what we ordered" like Sweden always delivers.... 🤔🙄 theres a bit "winner takes it all" in the song & "flying free" from Pont aeri at the beginning... so nothing new ... but suprising... entertaining re happily many other countries... Finnland... Austria, Serbia, Spain, Croatia, Germany..
The Semi-final performance is better, they made some mistakes with the smoke effects in the final.
She got a 12 from all jury groups but one, and the most votes from the public.
In total she got 177 points while the song that came in second place got 138.
In comparison; Cornelia who won last year got 146 points.
To add to this, the maximum points is 192, meaning that Loreen got 92% of the possible amount of points.
@@sarrach94 I think that the system of distributing the public points based on age groups is bad.
The public should have more power than the jury groups (but the same amount of points). By distributing the points from the public proportionally it would allow Loreen to get way more than 192. If the got 50% of all votes she should get 232 points...
The screen weight is 1,8 ton. So i would be scared under it.

She's not allowed to take the contraption to Liverpool. It's too heavy for the stage there. The upper part weighs over 1.3 metrical tonnes. I hope they come up with something as epic. (I can't believe either she dares to be under it)
As long as it's not as halfassed as the modifications they made to tthe stage performance of Eric Saade in 2011 - in Melodifestivalen, he was in a glass box, and then smashed all four walls to step out. In Eurovision, it would take too long to clean up the stage, so he got a box with only one wall.... Which wasn't particularly cool at all. A modification of the choreography would have been better, imo. But what do I know, he still ended up in third place, I think. XD

I agree. People say that Finland is the main threat to Sweden, but I think that Norway is dangerous as of now. “Queen of the Kings” went viral on Spotify and I think it can win the televoting (which represents 2 thirds of the overall vote this year)
Don’t get me wrong! I love Norway (my no.2) but my no.1 is Loreen. I just hope that she will win again! 😭😭
@@_o..o_1871 Where did you see that televoting is two thirds of the total vote? All I could find is the addition of the non-participating countries vote which is equivalent to one country's votes, thus shifting the jury/televote balance only marginally.

The music of this song is similar of a portuguese song named “ Eu nunca me esqueci de ti” from Rui Veloso, a very good music with more that 12 years. You can see here in CZcams.
I find this song a bit overhyped; although I liked Loreen's other songs. The melody, chorus are a bit linear; only staging is good
Honestly I really loved Euphoria, but this one just isn't doing it for me. I'm not sure why, perhaps just because you can't really dance to it. But in any case it's not grabbing me.
Her Semifinal performance was much much better.. she was phenomenal but she's not my winner, My Winner was Smash Into Pieces that i think you'd like as well.. but yeah. This is better than Euphoria.. Sweden will do great in the final but she has strong competitions.. we'll see ..
I just don't feel like it goes anywhere. She got through because of her following rather than the song I feel. It doesn't build or anything. The staging carries the song I think. I think the UK and Italy are superior this year

Yeah she mumbles a bit and I had to look up the lyrics too. That speaks against the song, I think.
There weren’t much strong competition against her this year and it felt like it was already clear beforehand that she’d win the final. I kinda like the song but at the same time I don’t want to like it, I wanted something else to win (not sure what). With that said, I still wish her the best! 🇸🇪
I dislike the very part that people are specifically expected to like - the "tatto o o ooo" sounds just tacky to me.
Her diction is sometimes a bit fuzzy, but it's an artistic choice and has always been a distinctive part of her singing style. It wouldn't be her if she all of a sudden started to sound different.
Please press pause before talking about the songs, it feels like you are missing to much of the song when youre talking.
