@@BuckinBillyRaySmithyour words Billy Ray are so inspiring. I'm so glad you reached back out to this person struggling. Bless your family and everyone who's here with us.
well billy, I got to say you motivated me, broke my back and neck but 2years on now I got my woodshed filled for winter. cant do what I used to but you sure have motivated me to get out and do what I can.
Great work on the logs and smart work with the block and truck. 👍 I've run into several cinnamon bears while horseback riding the high country here. The only one that really got sketchy was a mama with a couple cubs. She was not at all like Boo Boo or Yogi, she wanted us gone and was willing to show us what "pucker factor" really means.
No interjections with a bear sighting. Action/ adventure film!! Awesome!! Thanks Billy fun video. I was a little worried about you for a second there when that log jumped up in front of you 😅
Thanks billy you make the best videos I just cut my first tree, 25inch 40 foot pine what a fkn blast couldn’t have done it without these videos! Keep up the great work!!
That saw sounds so much better than the new ones. Good to see you using your old saws. Love the blue saw too I forget what you named it but think it's Makita .smooth.cutter .💛🙂
I thought a Sasquatch was gonna walk out of the woods and ask Buckin for an autograph for a minute then 😂😂 😂 I bet Buckin would make friends with one as well! And probably set up a new CZcams channel called Buckin and the Bigfoot 😂. Nice looking bear though but a tad scary coming face to face with one !
@@BuckinBillyRaySmithI can totally envision a Sasquatch walking through the forest with a Mac 125 on his shoulder and wearing a Buckin Billy Ray hat, BBR safety glasses and a get the gullet T shirt 😂 👍
Buckin, you are The Man! I bought a fully hydraulic band sawmill a few years ago. We purchase about 3-4 truckloads of Pine & Hardwood tree length logs a week, and Buck them to 8’s, 10’s, and 12’s. I’ve learned so much watching your videos about Buckin Logs, proper setup, safety, longer bars are safer Buckin, power saws, and much more. Bought a Stihl 500i and have upgraded it, and fixin to buy a second 500. Thanks again for all you do, we’re watching and we’re learnin!
Got hardwood here too in Georgia and lots of pine! Nice rigging!! I love my little BX Kabota with a back joe attachment to keep my wood off the ground!
Hello Buckin. I think you should try to install a borerd out carb on your ported p51. You can bore the original tillotson HS to 3/4 of an inch (on mine i have one out of a Pioneer 1200a, model HS44a with shortened needle shank, but i suggest using a HS205a from a husky 380/480cd). I tried it out on mine (husky 372xp tall air filter and muffler mod) and it works very well. From what i've seen you get more rpm's and top power. Greetings from Italy! Aldo.
The ENDING WAS CRAZY 🤪 🐻 🐕 IM THINKIN Divine Intervention with the Rocks 🪨 in that big log 🪵 stopped you before that Bear snuck up for a MAULING that bear probably would have come off 2nd best to Billy Ray 😂 👍
I cut alone too and just want to thank u for the advice I just have to get my rope tying skills down as nobody has educated me at age of 51 … I’ve cut over 200 pines so far with my husky but I do over do things and need to get more resourceful.. cheers 🍻 show some knot tying skills please or send to me lol
I love how youre trying to teach us to tune on the fly. My issue is as long as it works i have work to do and aint messing with it. Ive got 13 cords of oak to buck, I'll try to listen to my saw but idk if i posess that skillset yet
That black bear would have normally ran away but he heard that old pioneer scream’n so came in to see Buck’n and take it for a spin🤣 Jokes aside that dog owner better call his dog back because one swipe of the old bear paw and that’ll be the end.
Hey Buckin', I like to run my chains to the line also, it almost seems when they get filed down to the last bit they may even cut a little faster on some wood...... Most people throw a chain in the garbage long before I quit filing and cutting with 'em!!!! No shame in getting your money's worth!!!!
jealous, lmao only because I'd love to go cutting with the master himself. But as always, I hope you all are doing well and staying busy and cool much, love, and respect to the bucking army because together we unstoppable we just keep rolling on folks.
@BuckinBillyRaySmith thank you, Billy 🙂 and also, yesterday i passed my learners again witch i am very excited about and first chance i can im booking my N so i can finally start doing some road trips
this reminds me we need to figure out how to turn off gravity also, if a black bear is hanging around, just get 2 pebbles and bang them together rhythmically

Good morning everyone and to you to Buckin! How’s our little buddy Ewan doing? Hey Buckin why do you pull the rope out a little when you shut off the saw? Does it put it in a better position, like ready to engage when you go to start it?
Hi mate , it to stop the back lash of the motor pulling on the cord when stopping the motor , it will stretch it firstly then eventually break it . Hope that helps mate .
Great episodefor me to be honest, just started in and man does it slow you down moving your cut wood to keep bucking. Might try the tractor or something to pull up fresh logs for bucking
Thank you for being you Buckin. Going thru a rough patch & your positive attitude really helps
Glad your here. . Thx for sharing yer life . The source does not give us more than we can handle brother . Find gratitude its always there . Love ya

I've only seen about 5 black bears in my life in a natural setting. Very cool to see Buckin. Great to see that pup standing it's ground.

My brother and I just cleared a large pine that went down in storms here in Texas. I think that saw would have saved lots of time. Beast of a saw!

I weld short peices on my chimmy cleaning rod and use a drill to spin them to clean my chimmy.
That 500 is fantastic, but the bear was pure awesome!!
Man, I wish we had huge trees like you do
But I don’t care that’s what keeps me sane going and cutting trees for firewood
