Mam as per your information the plant you've mentioned is Batch fly ash bricks
Compressive strength for that particular fly ash bricks is - 4.5N/mm²
We had checked it
Only wire cut red bricks achieve such strength as 10 -12N/mm²

Sir compressive strength of fly ash bricks vary based on the quality of materials used and manufacturing process including curing time etc. This particular factory made bricks are tested to achieve 11 to 12.5 N/mm2. For your kind information.

Yes sir.gypsum based fly ash brick is one step ahead than cement based fly ash brick.Due to the demand and non availability of lime, cement is mostly used.

Lime, gypsum potta over ah uppu pookuthu. Itha efflorescence nu solluvanga..Thannipatta reaction agi, kalloda strength poga aarambichurum..Uppum Vara aarambikkum...
Vangittu pona, veerukaranga ennada puthu veedu ippudi uppu pookuthu nu solluvanga..
Best is first method..
Fly ash 50%, M Sand%40, Cement-10% + 0.4% Asian Paints Chemical podalam.
ex: 500 kg Mixture
250 kg fly ash
200 kg M sand
50kg cement
+
0.4%( 200 ml) Asian Paints PCE Setting oil+ strength+waterproof oil(Vitalia Neo)..super ah irukku..
bulk ah vanguna Rs.70-75 per lt la tharuvanga..
500 kg ku 165(3 kg) kallu kedakkum
oru load ku Oil cost - 70*.2= Rs.14/-
Oil selavu= 14/165= 0.08 Paisa..10 Paisa kooda illa..
commercial ah kallu adikkanumnaalum, Cement ah 6% pottu, Oil ah 400 ml ah potta, same strength varum.. Lime, Gypsum podratha Vida, intha kallu thaan super strength, waterproof kallu, edge um nalla irukkum..

Fly ash bricks use for walls and home construction its ok or not ,,,its a cracks prblms .........?

Cracks are formed because of poor construction that means 1.not giving proper setting time while concreting in construction.2.not giving proper curing for walls while construction.if not done properly cracks will occur in any material.

second method is waste process. Manpower is also waste. Lime, gypsum potta over ah uppu pookuthu.
Best is first method..
