I hated it the most when passengers say this “frequent flyer” crap... exactly you are frequent flyer that’s WHY you know how things work - we clear everything when preparing for landing 🙄

And see that’s one thing a lot of people fail to realize even though we are professionals we make mistakes we are human too so sometimes we have a hard landing because we were having a bad day or something happened up there you never know 99% of the time we have fair if not good landings but depending on the pilot that 1% can be the worst landing ever
I made a bad approach for an emergency landing and I barely managed to avoid disaster. Almost scraped off my landing gear and a roof, had 2% fuel left, and I was tired to boot.I had to dump the nose just to find ground and hope to slow down in time. It was a bumpy landing but considering the runway was never meant for fighter jets, I call it an excellent landing. It was on flight Simulator but I still had to kiss the ground after. 😪🤠. Practice makes perfect, I had to use every trick in the book to land right.

Been working in the customer service industry for a while now. I honestly believe a good chunk of these rude customers have unaddressed emotional or mental health issues. It’s kinda sad to see.

Again I'm the ex flight attendant and I remember one more incident where a drunk passanger was trying to sneak in to the first class and he threatened to complaint about flight attendants when they tried to stop him. If I'm not wrong, this happened on flight to Manchester from Abu Dhabi

@@jeenie.weenie They are all karens. I was on a flight recently and during boarding a baby started crying. The mom was able to calm them down and they did not cry the whole flight but as soon as the baby did start crying this man had such a look of disgust on his face. Smh 🤦♂️
