I personally plan my things weeks to weeks basis because university gives weekly tasks so I never planned it in too much advance (except cleaning my room and desk every 2 weeks and printing my homeworks every Sunday at school)
Although since I'm having a little business soon, I realised I should add future collections on my monthly tasks xD

Im just sat patiently waiting for the hobo weeks to restock in UK distributors because my hobonichi order isn't big enough to justify the shipping cost from the Japan store... in the meantime I'm living vicariously through other planner people on youtube! Is anyone else in the same boat?

I think the pen case is the yuruliku flat pen case! I plan on getting one myself it’s so pretty.
It’s the yurukiku flat tools case! I’ll add it to the videos list. I do have a pens favorite from this fall and not many changes since to tide things over if you’re interested
How do you decide what goes on the left and the right of the line you put down the middle of your weeks?
I don’t have much of a method anymore. Last year I would do events on the left and tasks on the right. So far this year I’ll fill out the left first until I feel like it looks in balanced and then I’ll add something to the right. 😅

At 8:29, why did you refer to the year at a glance to check if it’s February? Doesn’t the week tell you?
I have my paydays marked on the year at a glance. I split my months up by payday so that’s what I was checking for!
A bit out of the video's context but do you feel that the De Atramentis Document ink is inkier than the Archive?
It’s a bit “wetter” feeling I think. Mine still drys about the same as the archive
What pen do you use to write in your planner?
I use fountain pen - my go to is the pilot vanishing point in extra find inked with de atramentis archive ink. My second go to is the Uni jetstream ball point in 0.5
what's comparable to the blotting page you use? Or the actual name of it please
Herbin blotting paper is what I use - i get it from jetpens
Can I ask why you divide your weeklies in half please? Is an AM/PM division or something else? Thanks
I do it to give myself my room for tasks since I write small / short hand. I can fit 5 lines in comfortably per day - so splitting it into two columns makes 8-10 things look a bit neater.
Last year I did similar, but reserved the left column for events and the right column for tasks
I think I may have gotten a bad nib. I have the same VP in EF with the same ink and my nib is so scratchy and fine and my ink doesn’t look like yours bc it’s so thin. Does yours do this?
I haven’t had much of an issue with mine but I’ve heard other say they have a similar experience 🙈 I write at a pretty high angle to the paper not sure if that’s any help

Interesting! So how many journal's, planners, diaries do you actually want us to buy? Also, how many pens do you really need? You must lead an extremely interesting and hectic life-style?
