2019 Red Arrows over Boston Harbor | North American Tour

The Red Arrows flew over Boston Harbor on Monday, Aug 19, 2019 as part of their North American tour. Flyby and left-break to land 22L in video is shot from Piers Park, East Boston. An 11-ship conducted the flyover (10 team, one chase). Part of 2019 North American Tour.

Very interesting. The 10th jet is a "Spare" (as is the 11th or chase plane"). As a Brit, we only ever see 9 ship formations and displays, occasionally 10 if they're transiting to another airfield.

Its likely that 11 is in the formation as 10 is almost always camera as his back seat is the team photographer on most runs
