- My 2013 Mercedes with Mars Red paint.
Been to my Mercedes dealership twice in Corpus Christi.
First time they just gave me the run around in late 2018.
Second time they made some calls and sent me to get a quote to get repainted. After some waiting they said my car was to old to repaint, which was in 2020
There is a lawsuit again Mercedes for this defective paint so I hope they help me out somewhere since I’m stuck with this car since no one wants it.
Each month there’s new peeling.

I spoke to MB Call center (Kieara) and they acknowledged about the lawsuit but said i have to wait until they reach a settlement, hope it happens soon.
My 2013 e350 is terrible now makes me not wanna drive it they better hurry up im getting impatient
Mine is doing the exact same thing. It’s so embarrassing. I missed out on the law suit.
Yup, I refuse to drive my car like this and it’s paid off smh. I still haven’t heard anything from Mercedes.
I have a red 2013 GLK 350 that’s doing the same things...can I still do something about it?

same issue on our 15 glk. That lawsuit is never going to pay out

I have a 2018 E400 coupe and the clearcoat just started to bubble on the roof... I sent them an email can left a VM but Idk if they'll help me. The lawsuit was for red, mine is white... Kinda pissed rn
on my 2014 staring to show some white/milky spots on the roof and front , not peeling the clear cot jet , but i think is just matter of time . have any one have some new abut the lawsuit? i check the web site but noting new .

@@SimbaCortez1320 I got my letter and went to the website but don't really understand how to approach it. Do I get a quote of how much its ganna take to fix or just wait until it get worse since only my front and back bumper are starting to peel.
Crazy how this is. On my mazda 3 it is a 2008 it has paint issues like your car same thing paint peeling and all.
Damn that’s crazy, Mercedes knows and there’s a lawsuit. I hope I make the cut and get my shit repainted lol.
Really too bad, Mercedes made a solid car in 2013! Bulletproof other then the paint.
What did the dealership tell you?
Just that there is a ongoing case right now and they cant do anything until its closed. They said if I want to fix it right now it will be out of my pocket.

Same car, same color, same issue. Mercedes is a joke after not recognizing this as their fault.

They just say they still can’t tell me anything because it’s still on going.
My car is 2x worse than this video
@@SimbaCortez1320 Lawyers got a couple millions for this case and not willing to do anything above that.
My car is not eligible now for 50% moneyback.
