Wow! You could of charged for this content. This could of been a book. Thank you so much for this. I know now for sure my poetry chapbook "Thoughtful Matters" is going to be a bestseller. It will be on amazon on the 30th. You have helped me so much. Thank you
Thanks and glad you liked it.
I bought kdrocket. it is useful. may i ask a question, should i spend $50 on free book marketing OR spend $50 on ams after free book marketing? which is better?
Definitely $50 on AMS. AMS shows to people who are on Amazon and ready to buy - they aren't necessarily looking for a bargain...just a book. Many of the "free book marketing' or promo sites are full of people just looking for a bargain. Also, if you didn't know, I have a full free video course on AMS ads here: AMSCourse.com
hey,
I would like to get kdp rocket, but I want to know if that works on amazon french and other languages.
thank you
Hi Easan. Currently, no. It only works for the US with the German market being added in the next week or two, and then the UK.
Hi there, where is your download for the Kindle Calculator you showed? Thanks!
Oh, thanks for that. I just updated the description to reflect both links:
Free calculator - can't download but you can accesse it here: kindlepreneur.com/amazon-kdp-sales-rank-calculator/
Or the software, KDP Rocket: KDPRocket.com
Dave Chesson, fantastic video
When you search a keyword in incognito mode, you didn’t mention if the search results are over 500 then you may want to skip that keyword, and you may want to find keywords that are profitable and with lower search results like say 100
because the higher the search results your book will get lost in the pages below in kindle, right?
Even if using your kindle calculator, doesn’t say much about search results for that keyword, as an example, I know the bestselling Keto diet book is selling like crazy with your kindle calculator
But
Keto diet search results are 100,000, if you make a book it’s probable you won’t sell
Do you use this method?
That's because I don't focus on the number or search results. This is an old teaching that doesn't have relevance. Why? Statistically speaking, if a book ranks #1 for a term, it can expect about 27% of all searchers will click on it. If it's #2 then it 13%, and 11, and then 9 and 8 and so on. But get this: All competitors combined that rank on all pages except for the first, only account for 1% of clicks. So what does that mean? Only the books that show up on the first page of Amazon results actually get clicked on. Therefore, from a competition analysis of a keyword, I only need to know if I can beat the top books for that keyword. It doesn't matter if there are thousands....only how hard are the top books for the keyword.
wow! This is huge...
Thanks and glad you liked it.
Dave, your transcribed sign-off says you are "Dave Chesson of Kill Turn comm." I doubt it matters, though. :)
Yeah, CZcams has an automatic system for transcription....which I don't check.
what does it means when a book shows $0 ?? is the seller it fro free?
Yup
I would love the chance to talk to you one on one.
Hello there, I have a few questions for you and am wondering if you have an email that I can personally contact you at?
Can I pay for consulting?
Hi Ere....I don't do any consulting at this time. I've got a couple of contracts with some publishing companies that I need to finish up and I'm a bit behind. Sorry.
Can you recommend any consultants/coaches? Courses are great, but sometimes an hour with an expert can go a long way.
I'll keep my ear to the ground but I haven't really found anyone who I'd recommend.
@@Kindlepreneur I bought the KMM course 1.5 years ago and now it seems not accurate, now I consider to take another course, of Emeka Ossai, how do you think is it worth it, or it would be better to publish more books? Because now I can publish only 3 books, and when will take the course - 2 books. What better? Thanks in advance.
beeeeeeeeeeest
Do you make any money by KDP?
Yes
Stephen McGrann you can see it and the breakdowns here: kindlepreneur.com/kindlepreneur-4-year-anniversary/
