it was honestly kind of cute how much colby was so nice to rose when he was alone, it’s almost like he knew she was having a tough time before it was revealed with the estes method that she couldn’t move on and just wanted someone to love her one more time
I think it would be cool for Sam and Colby to go back again alone and talk to Rose, but this time have Sam go under so Colby can talk TO her instead of being used to talk to her if that makes sense. I think she would probably want to tell him more or at least talk to him more.

When Rose was talking about 15 minutes, a lover, and a stranger, I think she was talking about the 15 minutes that Colby was speaking with her alone. She probably felt comforted with being spoken calmly to, and being asked about her story and how she felt probably made her feel loved. Which seems to be what she's really looking for

Whenever I got an ad, I was literally getting jumpscared😂
At One hour and two minutes when "Rose" says "15 minutes can ... love me." She was 100% talking about the fifteen minutes she got to be alone and just talk and lay with Colby. It's probably the most loved shes ever felt after she died, maybe even before. Right after Amanda starts talking about how Rose might be talking about how fifteen minutes ruined her life and Rose emmideately replied with "no... I told you" I am almost positive that she is correcting them. The fifteen minutes was all it took for her to feel Colby's love and care for her. This may also be why she stresses that she wants Amanda and Mackie to leave the room. They sometimes make assumptions on what "Rose" is saying and it might be upsetting her.

It almost seemed like rose was starting to tell her story of how she died “ran” but then at 57:56 when Mackie felt something pull her sleeve and Rose continued to say “it was night.” Followed by “yeah.” As in she touched mackie - cause she was wearing red. Like rose was saying “it was nighttime I was running away wearing red.” They asked if she didn’t like it when people wore red and she said no, but then immediately asked why Mackie was taking off the red outfit. So what if thats the moment where the second spirit comes in - asking “why” are you taking off the red and then a few seconds later introducing themselves saying, “hi” at 58:43. Proceeding to say “it’s him, he’s here.” As in Roses pimp or another person keeping her at the hotel, despite how much she “dreams of-“ leaving or whatever.
That’s when they start hearing the noises from the other room - I think this is a male spirit or a pimp - and he’s wanting the girls to join him, “here.” And wants the girls to “close their eyes” cause he’s coming “towards” them and he wants them to “relax.” And then the male spirit is trying to caress Mackie to calm her down and rose cuts in saying, “they(the men) were interested.” And “why are you here?” Cause lots of prostitutes didn’t have a choice of career, they were forced into their “work” cause she answers Sams question saying she’s not mad that they’re there - but they need to “get out.” Or it’ll be “just like my-“ just like how she ended up being betrayed by her lover.
I don’t know I just don’t get a negative vibe from Rose - until she says she was betrayed. She genuinely doesn’t want the girls to end up like her and the man “he left.” So this is their chance to “get out” and those “15 minutes can.” with Colby was enough to make her feel loved. I think that’s what the rest of the session is talking about too, a stranger can be a lover Colby was nicer to her then her own lover.

I’ve been reading a lot of comments about how the spirits are relaxed around Colby and I recall a medium in one of their previous videos saying that Colby has one of these personas or vibes in which spirits are intimidated by resulting in maybe less psychical response or aggressiveness. I have a theory: when they were doing the Estes method when rose answers Sam’s question of being loved rose said “15 minutes” and I think that rose felt loved in that 15 minutes of Colby talking to her because he was showing affection and giving her attention. I don’t know I could be wrong tho

I got the feeling during the Estes session when rose was saying stuff to the girls like “you’ll end up like me” when they asked what happens if they don’t leave, and “he left, go now” after they talked about the “bodyguard/pimp/terry” spirit Sam described that she wasn’t threatening the girls, she was warning them. Like telling them nows your chance to escape so you don’t end up this way.
Sex workers are still mistreated here in 2022, I imagine they weren’t treated much better 100 years ago in a desert brothel. Maybe she was strong armed into “cheating” back in the day by those who profited from her work and it got her killed? If you think about it, her and the guy werent dating but he wanted to be her exclusive client. Either she was just lying to him and keeping the fantasy going so he paid still while thinking they were exclusive or maybe wasnt paying enough to be the only client but didn't want to break his heart. Doesn't sound like a fair deal to me either way unless he offered a huge amount of money more than she made doing things her normal way, but we don't know what would have become if she said no I don't want to be exclusive, if he would have found another girl worker or just said ok then just regular rate, etc details matter because maybe she felt forced into it and was losing money and was going to see guys on the side to keep making ends meet in regular life.

It sounds like Rose/Evelyn(e) was not seeing the two as competition, to me it sounds like to her, the hotel was still the same as when she died. So the bodyguards' spirits are still there, carrying on with their duty without knowing it, and Rose knows the place changed as she is warning the two girls to "escape" while they have their chance. Rose wasn't threatening them, she was trying to convince them to escape with their chance.
