I noticed you didn’t do much seafood. But shrimp or fish tacos are great and easy. Gumbo and chowders are great too. King ranch chicken or a broccoli chicken rice casserole. Fajitas or quesadillas are quick and easy and change up the taco nights too.

I loved it! This was actually my third time having it for Thanksgiving. One of my family members requested it this year. 😃
I don't make it, I buy it online and it gets shipped to my house, frozen.
I barely planned out my December and here you are already in January 😩. How are you covering the windows? My son’s room gets really cold in the winter. Are you using kits from Home Depot to cover?
Nope! I cut up white garbage bags into the shape of the window (slightly larger and cover it) and put tape around it to seal it. I only have to do that with a few windows and an AC unit.
I'm not ready 😬
