The real moral of this story is how one must be considerate. The only reason Joe was disappointed in the mother was because she was working over a important religious holiday (Christmas). Whether they had the same religious beliefs or not, it is important to be accepting of other religions. In addition, because the Joe believes in Christmas, he has the appetency to have his entire family together in one place instead of making more income. In the long run, this appetency will impact his financial performance (in fact, it was already being impacted as stated by Tessa at 1:10). Of course, because this is the Dhar Mann universe, incorrect actions have dire consequences and the writers will make sure the protagonist (in this case, Tessa) suffers (10:09). Had Joe considered Tessa's situation, no consequence would have happened, and Tessa most likely would have made even more money than she did in this ending.
Alternatively, instead of Joe being considerate (despite his religious beliefs), Tessa could have not helped Cindy with her job. Nathless, she would make less money and Christmas would be worse (1:16). Therefore, it was not Tessa's going for a job opportunity that damaged the relationship between Joe and Tessa. But Joe's inability to consider other's circumstances.
At first I was like NO those poor kids, then I realised it wasn't her fault 🤣❤

Issue, this mom is supporting a family that is in need of money. The entire family is so spoiled and when they have to have ONE Christmas that's different, everyone yells at the mom.

I can relate: my mom was always at work when I was a kid so my dad took over everything she was supposed to do to giving us baths to doing our hair in the morning and when she was home she would usually go to sleep and ignore us and the fact that she was the only one that see me as a reader and so she brought me both The Twilight Saga and The Hunger Games so I could keep reading
The ending almost made me cry. I was so happy and surprised that her family surprised her for Christmas. The lesson of the story is family is always important.
This piece was extremely motivating. As I had never seen true beauty before, this gave me the strength to carry on with my life. But YOU, dharr man, have opened my eyes to beauty for the first time. With your outstanding videography. I owe my life to you.
