Im not sure why pinoys continue to cover songs from the 90's but putting their own twists to it certainly makes it modern and relevant. My guess is that pinoys are still drawn to this style of music and popular music is not made like this anymore. The video is tastefully done, well produced and not cheesy. a dear friend just passed away not too long ago, this reminds me of him. i hope he'll rest up there peacefully. he was a shoulder to lean/cry on. i truly miss him. he'll forever have place in our hearts. i'm devastated he left too soon, just when my son wanted to meet him now that he's grown up because they were really close to each other but were unfortunately separated because my son went to pursue his studies abroad. when my son knew, he kept silent for months, he's lost his appetite, and ever since his Daddi Jo's homegoing ceremony, he's really been different. he's lost his passion for music production (since his Daddi Jo's a talented musician) and have really been indifferent towards music. i hope he'll be okay soon because even though he laughs i can see the sorrow in his eyes. i hope this music soothe his aching heart. thanks to this! very beautiful! far from the original, and i don't mean to compare, but this introduces a different taste! kudos!
