    Asy, are you from Ndoni? If yes? the Ndoni language sounds 99 percent Igbo. I am surprised in one of your videos you said you don't understand Igbo

    • @AsyDarlyn
      @AsyDarlyn  Před 2 lety +3

      No I’m not. I’m from Okrika, we don’t speak anything close to Igbo 😂😂
      Ndoni is beside Oguta so the language is very similar.

    • @realisticnetwork
      @realisticnetwork Před 2 lety

      @@AsyDarlyn is Okujagu and Amadi not Okriika?
      If yes what's the percentage of igbo language in what they speak?

    • @AsyDarlyn
      @AsyDarlyn  Před 2 lety +2

      @@realisticnetwork Yes they are. 0% Igbo. Most Okrika people marry Igbo and vice versa, so it’s easy to have Igbo mothers. My Mum’s grandmother is from Arondiziogu. Still the Language and culture of Okrika people falls within the Ijaws.
      The tribes that speak a language close to Igbo in Rivers state are Ndoni, Opobo and some parts of Etche

    • @ani_ndokwa1244
      @ani_ndokwa1244 Před rokem

      Ndoni people speak Ukwani language (which is spoken in Ukwani & Ndokwa l g.a of Delta state, ndoni town shares board by the river with Aboh Town of Delta state, hence they speaks the same language, which is Ukwani) & Ukwani is a dialect of Igbo language... Although the igbo dialect spoken in opobo & bonny island is really different from Ukwani dialect.. isigwari

    Divorced people are the best to talk to about marriage? Okay ooo.

    • @AsyDarlyn
      @AsyDarlyn  Před 2 lety +2

      Well, she has a point.🤷🏾‍♀️😂😂
      Divorced and single people that are wise, maybe because their head is not clouded in emotional sentiments so they give candid feedback

    • @wendyc2374
      @wendyc2374 Před 2 lety +1

      I respectfully disagree with the bride’s cousin. Staying & working on your marriage is way harder than getting divorced. But beautiful trad, nonetheless.
