Wow that’s a bad opinion mate fair play
That’s fair, I love Discworld it’s my favourite series. Can’t win them all.
Sorry this was a miss for you Dan. I’ll eventually get to this one.
Hi 👋 Happy Reading to you, like ur honest review.. 📽🎥🍂🎞⚔️🍁
o.O? Carpe Jugulum is the best Witches book in the series, it's the best the best Discworld book of them all. You shot far off the target.
I have to disagree. The Last Continent is the worst Discworld book IMO. Although anything with Tiffany Aching in it is also horrible. She's the Rey Palpatine of Discworld. IMHO
I haven’t read either of those yet. Lol first time I’ve heard that comparison.
@@TreeBeardBookReviews The Last Continent didn't make a lot of sense. I think you have to be Australian to get the references and the jokes. It's the only Discworld book I've only read one time. Tiffany Aching was OK as a character in the first book she appeared in but then she became a far inferior replacement character for Granny Weatherwax. Plus with the Tiffany Aching books he totally changed the setting from an already difficult to understand cultural setting in Lancre with Morris dances (took me forever to find out what the hell those even were) to the Chalk which is about as British as you can get. And once again unless you have lived there a lot of the references and jokes don't land because you have no idea what the hell he is talking about (or as least I didnt). Compared to that even a standard Vimes rabid SJW rant is better reading and those ruin the ending of every single watch book (especially Thud). Again IMO. I am sure many would vehemently disagree and they are welcome to do so. 😁😁
I appreciate the comment. I lived in the UK for a couple years and my parents are British and I missed a few of his jokes.
Ummmm, Monstrous regiment
