i'm from a part of the central plain areas of Manipur. Our people put the blame on the govt for not supplying water regularly, nt good condition of roads and irrigularity of electricity, for not keeping good drainage system, for not giving ration cards and its benefits and we say that govt is not good..... But What does the people of Chadong Village might think about the govt???? we belong to the same state and why the govt doesn't give the same benefit as we get in the plain areas.... This is not the only problem of Chadong Village. This kind of problems are facing by most of the hilly peoples.... It is high time to wake up and stand together against the govt and corrupted VIPs for the betterment of an equalise society...and find out who are stopping us and WHY? The present state of the people chadong is a cause of concern. we can't stand these attitudes from the present govt. like the peoples said. are they some kind of orphans. why is the local mla not paying visit....is he only concerned with black marketing and stealing of tribal right. I m not a tribal but if this is meted out to our family....will we stand n watch....we can't. we don't trust govt anymore. It wouldn't be wrong to say that the present govt is not for the development of tribal. First of all thanks to IMPACT TV. When I look into that video,I don,t feels like staying in home. I want to go and help them as much as I can.And where is right to freedom and democracy, is this govt stay only for the name. Why don,t they give hands instead of taking away their resources, this so inhumanity. When the time of election they will say give me your hand and I'll give you.
