How did you get the statue to talk?!

A couple of bits of whizz-bang software and Adobe After Effects (my weapon of choice!). The really hard part was just standing there with a microphone talking to nothing! I've suggested to Londonist that I release a compilation video of all the various bystanders looking at me like I've gone nuts (which I'm beginning to suspect I have...).
