19 ആം വയസിൽ സംരംഭക; നൂറുകോടി വിറ്റുവരവ്; സംരംഭകയിൽനിന്നും ലൈഫ് കോച്ചായി മാറിയ വ്യക്തിയുടെ കഥ | SPARK

പഠിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന സമയത്ത് തന്നെ സംരംഭകയായ വ്യക്തിയാണ് ഷീജ. ബന്ധുവിന്റെ സഹായത്തോടെ സഹോദരനോടൊപ്പം ആദ്യ സംരംഭം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഏതാനും നാളുകൾ കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ബിസിനസിൽ നേട്ടമുണ്ടാക്കിത്തുടങ്ങി. കംപ്യൂട്ടർ ട്രെയിനിങ് ഇൻസ്റ്റിട്യൂട്ടായിരുന്നു ആദ്യം. പിന്നീട് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ അസംബ്ലിങ് തുടങ്ങി. അൻപതോളം ഡീലർമാർ വരെ ആയി. പിന്നീട് ബിസിനസിൽ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കാൻ സാധിക്കാതെ വന്നതോടെ വലിയ ഒരു തുക നഷ്ടം വന്നു. പിന്നീട് രണ്ടാമതും ബിസിനസ് ആരംഭിച്ചു. രണ്ടാം വരവിൽ 1500 ഡീലർമാരും 100 കോടി വിറ്റുവരവിലേക്കും എത്തി. ഏതാനും നാളുകൾക്ക് ശേഷം വീണ്ടും പ്രതിസന്ധികൾ നേരിട്ടതോടെ ബിസിനസിൽനിന്നും എക്സിറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. പിന്നീട് ബിസിനസ് മോഡൽ മാറ്റി. ഓഫീസുകൾ എല്ലാം സ്വന്തം ആയിരുന്നതിനാൽ അവയെല്ലാം വാടകയ്ക്ക് നൽകാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. മികച്ചൊരു ഇൻകം ലഭിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. അതിനുശേഷമാണ് ലൈഫ് കോച്ചിങ്, ബിസിനസ് കോച്ചിങ് എന്നിവ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്. തന്റെ അനുഭവ പാഠങ്ങളാണ് ഷീജ കോച്ചിങ്ങിലൂടെ മറ്റുള്ളവരിലേക്ക് പകർന്നുനൽകുന്നത്. ഇന്ന് മകൾ അനീറ്റയും കോച്ചിങ് രംഗത്തേക്ക് എത്തി. ഷീജ എന്ന സംരംഭകയുടെയും മകൾ അനീറ്റയുടെയും സ്പാർക്കുള്ള കഥ...
