And its not at all expencive for Students. Private PGs, Food outlet are available at menial Costs.

@@sahilk.03 accomodation is not a big deal in Goa, and in specific location like Porvorim.
The Area offers various PGs A/C and Non A/C.
Range is from 4000 per month to 9000 per month.
For food, Prices are same as other parts of the country, so dont worry at all.

@@sahilk.03 and I'll prefer not going behind hostel facility. Rather go for PGs, there you have lot of Independance and You get to do ODCs as well

This guy might be knowledgeable but he doesn't know shiz about IHM Goa or Goa in general. I am an IHM Goa alumnus and 80% of my batchmates were dedicated on doing the course and were not here just because of parties. Yes there were 20% who joined and left the course by the end of the first sem but the rest were with me throughout. Secondly Goa "IS NOT" an expensive place in fact it is quite the opposite. We have had filling dinners for as little 60 rupees (Ross Omlete) we have survived with just 1000 rupees a week that includes breakfast + dinner for the week plus other small kharchas. The PG where I stayed costed 3000 a month on triple sharing with all amenities. And for people thinking goa is fun, it is fun if you are here on vacation. If you are here for more than a week the party fever wears off and it becomes as boring as other states. The faculty that we had were the best literally there were no politics or unnecessary tensions. I would do the course again if I had the chance to.
