super smooth.. clean.. and well organized ung performance nla.. at sa dami nla, maki2ta mu ung discipline from d dancers alone down to d props personnel.. and the moves were unpredictable w/c excites the viewers and made them cheer.. .. good job tribu lingganay!! once again u made it!! KUDOS 2U GUYS!! congratz! u really deserve it!

im from leyte,,,and as far as i know the governor of leyte always send 2 of the top contingents to the aliwan festival every year,,,,last year the buyogan and lingganay got the 2nd and 3rd place respectively in tha aliwan festival,,,,buyogan were supposed to be the champion that time,,,,buyogan festival were known to be on top always,,even in sinulog and pintados kasadyaan,,they are also the champion in the aliwan 2009
Sinulog is even famous than Aliwan. That's the reason, maybe, they are not that eager to join Aliwan. If you want to promote your talents and province, Sinulog is the best arena to do that since Cebu has always been the no. 1 tourist destination in the country.
Sad to say, we will not witness this grandeur at Aliwan Fiesta 2013 due to "ELECTION" Matters... hmmmn nevertheless this festival never fail to amuse me with their fresh and exciting routine! Very well defended Championship... not even the Lumad which is a three-peat aliwan champ was able to beat them...Nice!
