Ingredients used:
1/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp caramel/browning or burnt sugar
(Add browning gradually)
4 cups coconut milk
1 cup water
Scallion
Thyme
Scotch bonnet pepper
Pimento seed or leaf (optional)
salt to taste
Seasoning of choice
4 1/2 cups of rice (make sure your liquid is appropriately 1 inch above your rice for a perfect steam)
