as a tsx owner id like to tell everyone that the tsx is a 4cyl k24 making 205 not a v6.

My #1 recommendation all year round car is a Lexus IS 250 that is less than 10K it’ll be well over 130k miles but it’s literally the best car. The reliability is untouchable, it’s AWD and it’s quick enough. The leg room isn’t all that great for the back passengers but it’ll work. Not to mention the Lexus looks super awesome and it’s luxurious. Unlike most luxury cars that have a lot of issues after 100k miles. Oh yea I’ve own a fair share of cars and for you people who’s never owned a Lexus it rides 10X better than any other luxury car and handles way better than most! If you say I’m cappin. You’re just a Lexus hater.
You should make sure to clean out the carbon build in the intake. Those IS250s only have direct injection and unlike the direct and port injection in the 350. They get clogged up and it can be a very expensive fix if you don't stay on top of it. Fortunately Lexus offers a service to clean dirty valves or replace broken ones for free since it was basically a recall.
Does the 300 also get Carbon buildup?

i’m actually an owner of an is and they are amazing reliable but on the downside it it’s incredibly hard to find one. especially like a is350 like i have. So if you want one don’t be too harsh on the interior if you buy don’t it from a car guy. Back seats are super small. Not too too many engine mods.
6:39 my dad owns a 2006 is350. instead of buying a 250, its really easy to make a 350 fast its just nobody does it coz lexus locked the ecu like crazy. they only come in auto, but the trans from the 250 fits perfectly and can handle hp like nothing. if you want qa drift car, steering rack from an rcf for 900 degrees turning and a wisefab angle kit with some bc coils and youre set

for the tuner side a G35 Sedan 07/08 is a easy cash grab i found alot of clean titles with under 100,000 miles for $4,000-$6,000 base and AWD models
Finally the video I was waiting for because One of my requirements for the car is a sedan four-door
I actually have 2 2IS lexus vehicles, an is350 and the very sick ISF and while I absolutely love both of them there are some downsides, with these cars being a cheapish car over the past years they’ll most likely have high mileage the issue with that is that these cars are usually pretty beat and not well maintained (being a Toyota it will still be super reliable my daily driver Is350 has almost 280k miles and runs like new) however if you find a good cheap one don’t hesitate to grab it if you like the looks, it’s a very fun car and very luxurious car especially for the prices nowadays however, opt out from buying the is250/350 AWD if you want to modify the car it’s very hard to find headers,exhaust,coil overs, ETC. with the RWD being much easier cars to modify (still extremely extremely limited to customization) there are supercharger kits for the V6 engines (is350/250) they do run over $5,000 so not cheap, now for the ISF they are very expensive still, cheap models go for around $20k-$25k from what I’ve found you might find a better deal while good examples go for over $30,000 with that being said you do get a very stout 478 hp and similar TQ numbers paired with a very well rounded 8 speed DCT (dual clutch transmission for those who don’t know) while the is250/350 comes with 204hp/306hp with either a decent (but slow) 6 speed auto or a very rare 6 speed manual transmission (limited to the is350) for some model years another thing to note is that the 2IS is the 2006-2013 model years with even the 2021 models using the same engine so they are relatively easy to find OEM parts for 👍🏼

ive owned a 2007 2009 and 2008 lexus is250. but i prefer my 2010 dodger charger. its not luxury like my lexus was, but its so much bigger inside you have so much room. you cant beat the comfort dodge chargers give you. plus passengers in the back will be happy

5.7L V8 rt makes 375hp not the 340hp you said in the video + 400ft lbs of torque they aren’t dirt cheap for students and range between 25-45k depending on the miles and year

I daily my 07 335i and the only problems I have had were injectors and spark plugs coils and the battery which I guess for putting less than 10k miles on it is alot but yeah

hay just turned 15 and want either a IS-F or a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit V8, was wondering how i should go about choosing a car to buy havent driven either cars yet but my parents are fully ready to help me buy whatever i want, anything under 18k
Probably get a shitter for a first car. Just to learn properly and go through rookie mistakes(if you make them, noone says you will) and then when youre comfortable and got more experience get a better car. Especially in school people will wreck shit and youll get door dings etc
If you have money like that, the is-f will last twice the amount of that cherokee. People out there have 300k miles on their is-f. Grand cherokees will not hold value as well, and i have heard that electrical problems are really common in those cherokees mated to that 5.7 hemi.
Pros to Is-F:
-Toyota reliablilty
-Looks 10x better than a grand cherokee(cherokees still are sexy suv's)
-Very Quick
-Hold Value Extremely well.
-Reliable as long as you keep up on maintenance.

Cons: V8 is still PLENTY of power, but dont expect them to be as "aggressive" as a mustang or camaro. Those v8s are more sport oriented, meaning they arent as reliable.(as a lexus v8)
P.S. YOU ARE 15? Start off with an is350!!! 300hp and it almost looks identical and have all the pros i stated above. Gotta be careful with those v8s, as with any car, if you dont know what youre doing you WILL end up hurting yourself or someone else. Badly. Is350 is more forgiving in my opinion. Do NOT get an is250 if you want to be quick. I have an is250, and they are meant to look good and not be fast. 271k miles on mine. Thats some reliability right there with proper maintenance. Is350 and Is-F are basically the same chassis and all, but completely different cars in terms of performance compared to the is250. Do NOT get a grand cherokee. The summit trim is great and all with the interior but the value of that suv will dip tremendously.
Get a beater to get comfortable with (Honda accord) and spend a year with that, then buy the nice car you wanted. No matter how good you think you are, a new driver will bump into things, curb wheels, little stuff like that.

B7 S4 has a N/A 4.2 V8. B8/8.5 S4 has a 3.0 Supercharged V6, and you won’t get a good one for 10k or less.

Acura TSX... you're giving Acura TL specs bruh. It's B8.5 in the clips if anyone care, so they don't get baited by why the B8s they search for look different. Also, I don't recommend that specific v8 Audi for daily drive, it's not for an avg Joe to own for one simple reason, timing chain.
The B8 and B8.5 look extremely similar man lol, and for the tsx google says the tl comes with a 3.2L V6 and the TSX comes with a 3.5L V6 but I’ll look at a diff website
