Today we look at the New Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra vs SCUF Envision Pro, both of these controllers are a leap forward for the gaming market and have shocked the gaming community. The question is though how do they stack up to each other? These products were purchased myself and I was not paid for this review.

Ive had my ultra for about a month now, very happy with it. For battery life, you can charge and play and not miss a beat. It does turn my xbox on as well, just have to hold the X button down for a few seconds. Great vid going over the ultra, I find it to be a very good roller and I would recommend for anyone looking to get a new roller. My biggest fault for the ultra, is the + button location, I find myself hitting the button on accident, then losing all control in game, which sucks.

I need help with the controller. 😅 Did your analog sticks not work fully at the start? Mine doesn't want to behave normally. Sometimes it just moves to the right constantly, and sometimes it only steers in one direction.

After I learned about the main problem happening with the stealth ultra with the rings on the joysticks wearing out, I bought some kontrol freek precision rings and made the left one smaller so it doesn’t wear the joystick out preventing grooves
Might have to swap my scuf for the turtle beach as I’m just having no luck with the software issues and getting nowhere fast with scuf support. Liking the content man new sub

Well done, boss. Good effort on the vid. May pick one of these up but worried it'll feel cheap when compared to the elite, (given how light it it) can all rgbs be turned off completely?

Ive had no end of failures with scufs, fantastic when thay actually work, over priced, but work well, the turtle is ok, but my BIGGEST gripe with it, is the + button, once pressed renders controller dead 😂 less lag on the turtle, but IT NEEDS TENSION on the sticks like the elite
pulled the trigger on the envision it reminds me of my old scuf vantage and I loved that controller the extra buttons sold me....I never really had much trust in turtle beach as a brand so that also played a factor... not to mention the horrible reviews I seen of the controller online
That’s great news, I like both controllers. I do seem to see a lot of people with issues on both controllers but hear less of the good.

is this a good controler to play Street Fighter 6? I think the d pad is like with clicks or something like that?

Sorry for late reply, I had a go with Injustice 2 and it seems to be fine for fighting games, I don’t know how long the micro switches would last with all the button bashing though.

No, not that I’m aware of, I couldn’t see an option for this. 😢

I was looking for third party programs to do this, but they didn't recognize the control, too bad.
Hopefully, I want Turtle to add these tasks in the very near future. T.T.

I sent back my envision pro : The back buttons are placed in such a way you can't spam the 2 buttons on the inside of the controller. Meaning when you put your fingers, you can't put 1 finger on each back button, you can only place one finger in the middle of both, and that made my finger hurt because it pinched it a bit, and is overall highly uncomfortable.
Anyway, if I have back buttons, I wanna be able to spam them, because they're supposed to replace the face buttons, most of the time, with this kind of back buttons, like a 2 in one place, it defeats the purpose.
Edit : ALSO, whenever you break neutral with any joystick of the Envision pro, it does a kind of "clic" or a sound, that you can even feel in your thumbs, when you have a headset it's no big deal, but without it, it drove me insane. Kinda bad to have things like that on a 200$ high end controller.
This is a great point and I will consider this for future reviews, not everyone’s hands are the same so people could be presented with the same issue as you. I hope you find a controller that works better for you. Thank you for your input and watching 🙏
Have you had any connection issues with the envision? Mine randomly disconnects.
I had one but that was due to the App needing a restart, It hasn’t happened since though. I’d be interested to know how yours is disconnecting. 🙏

I had countless issues with my envision. tried everything i could to resolve it and nothing worked. returned it
I had one issue when mine disconnected during a COD MW 3 match but so far no far disconnections.
I spent $230 on my Scuff Instinct Pro and after a month it already developed stick drift. Once I heard about HAL effect sticks, I that's my only go to controllers. I have a Dualsense Edge because the sticks can be replaceable. I hate dealing with warranties. So Turttle Beach is the winner for me

@@ChickenPopGames I forgot to asked you. Which one you think have the fastest polling rate, and trigger response time? I saw your other video saying that the Scuff is faster than the Dualsense Edge. But what about the Stealth?

@@ChickenPopGames ok, because I saw your comparison videos between the elite 2, the Scuff Envision, and the Edge. The Edge is the fastest controller I have, and it shows the Envision is faster than the Edge. So if the the Turttle Beach is as fast as the Envision, I will go with the Turttle Beach just for the Hal Effect Joysticks.

Have you been able to turn on your xbox with the stealth ultra? Mine just won't do it.
Sadly I didn’t use it on XBOX as I don’t have one, I was mainly using this on PC with no faults. Someone else has mentioned disconnecting issues with XBOX before though. Maybe it’s faulty 😢
any drift with the envision yet?
Not yet, been using it alot with no issues. 👍
It has the stock Sony joy sticks it will drift scuff does basic mods and charges you out the ass the turtle Beach has hall effect they'll never drift
My right stick had drift after 3 weeks of use for 3-4 hours a day. Drift was still present with deadzone set to 5. Returned to bestbuy
@@ErikKoenig-fv3nr that’s true but the stealth has other quality issues so that’s a no go until it gets fixed
dont like the screen or the way this pad looks generally. don't seem to be proper mechanical switches on it eithter.
The reason you would never buy the scuff over the turtle Beach is the h a l sticks bottom line. Also the button placements on the back of both of these why do manufacturers not put the buttons on the grip as you hold them not up in the crook or the underarm of the controller where it meets the body put them down on the actual controller arms where your fingers naturally lay That's where they need to be
Definitely a great point on the sticks, only time will tell how long the sticks last on the SCUF, really enjoy both controllers so hopefully they both last forever. Thanks for watching. 🙏

@@ChickenPopGames The stealth ultra. It's also compatible with Xbox, and It's cheaper, and I'm used to It's thumbstick and d-pad placement.
Stealth issues: baked massive dead zone, it does disconnect without reason ( PC) wireless and wired. Sometimes problems with calibration ( thumb sticks). Absolutely not worth full price because of that. For me not finished product, beta version. Got 2 and send them back because of that issues. ONLY 250hz pooling rate-slow Unacceptable. Avoid now, wait for fixed version
That’s such a shame you have had issues, I am still yet to have issues with mine and although the poling rate is lower it doesn’t come up slower in response against other controllers standard. It does seem that there is an issue with software though as it’s not quite up to standard as others had said. I hope you find something better, thanks for watching. 🙏👍
Yes i did. Gamesir 7se and T4 Kaleid. Unfortunately no wireless option. They are top controllers for pro fps gaming and cheap. Waiting now for Apex 4 to try it

Neither worked for me. I don't pay 175+ dollars for me to have to mess with the product to get it to work. It's a controller the tech has been around for well over 20 years now. Sticking to my razer tartarus v2 with mechanical keys.
L2 R2 turtle beach so discusting software discusting screen discusting paddels can't press fast enough and position paddels discusting control pad feels cheap if you press lightly also the abxy cant press fast enough for fast games like rocket league
I feel gutted for you that you have had issues, maybe this controller is not for you. I do have another controller coming soon that maybe of interest so stay tuned. 😉
The scuff back paddles are complete garbage the software is complete shit please do not buy a scuff

I received mine yesterday and it looks even better in person. It really is a good controller except I did have one incident where I lost connection to the dongle during a match in COD MW3 and the battery life stinks. But it is a very good controller.
