These Prize Packs are given out by local game stores at Play! Pokémon events. Each Prize Pack contains six cards taken from a pool of about 200. Each card has a unique stamp. Series Two comes out in February 2023 😀

I have been a collector since the WOTC days. I stopped collecting for a very long time but when my father passed I had to keep my mind busy so I got back into it. The “league” cards, and any other obscure pack/set/card have been my niche. Thank you Poke Rev for showing me these and thanks to the others who have commented! I think I will start my journey on finding a pack of these! I wish everyone luck on acquiring their chase card/set!

I love the artwork on these booster packs and how they have that cool promo stamp! I'm not a large player of the tcg but had to get my hands on a pack so went to a local game store to play. I'm keeping that pack sealed so I'd be so excited if I could get a few to open up!!

I've definitely never seen these before, super cool cards to open. I'm not personally going to purchase any to open, but I'd definitely like to acquire one for display purposes.
Those regular holos of common and uncommon cards are super nice. Would love to see more of that.

These are very interesting and unique cards. Pokemon likes to give out special unique cards when you actually play the trading card game like in tournaments.

Such a cool video. It is actually so crazy to see packs that are different from the normal and add more to Pokémon cards. It’s makes it so exciting to think about that feeling of excitement!

The common and uncommon holos are all cards that have seen competitive play. Some of them won't be legal in tournament play in a couple months, so these are sort of like commemorative prints. The whole point of the series is to give players access to cards to build decks. That's also why these are only available as prizes from local competitive play.

I’m amazed at how many new things keep popping up, I need one for my very young sealed collection haha!
I love the idea of these prize packs!!! Each new set or every few sets they could do a new Prize pack series of cards with diff "Chases" to go for! Hope they arent too difficult to get, but dont want them overprinted either!!😬
If you don’t know, these are prize packs handed out a Play! Pokémon events. There are at least two events that happen here on the regular and every time you go you can complete missions to get them. I have only opened two but I got some pretty decent stuff. I think I heard that someone pulled the alt art leafeon from one but don’t know for sure.

I believe the reason why the commons uncommon were holo is because these are all playable cards that found themselves in most decks

Unfortunately, they are not available in Poland (like most 😪 ) because it's great that everything is available on this channel🤩From the cards you hit personally, I would choose Glaceon as the episode card, even though you hit a nice Charizard👍
All of these cards have a lot of playability value, that's why you see a bunch commons and uncommons with no rhyme or reason. The Inteleon line is a staple in a lot of decks! These were cool to see opened for sure :)

If the retailer is feeling kind and they hold TCG contests, they sometimes give you the pokemon prize packs as a goodwill gesture. Buy a box of boosters and some will give you a couple of these which is great. You either decide to open on the hope of decent cards to keep or sell, or just sell the packs to recoup money towards the box of boosters you just bought via ebay. As with all pokemon collecting, its a rabbit hole. Still after many years, its so much fun, costly but still get the buzz.
The cards in the packs were so cool especially the umbreon and the charizard!
So for context, you get these for going to a local tournament, or even casual play, at a local store/building. These are also ALL competitively good, in the card game.
If Series 1 had these cards imagine what series 2 is gonna have
