  • This is a video in a series where I'll be making some repairs, doing some upgrades, and performing maintenance on the MF 1020 tractor.
In this segment I'll show you how to change the fuel filter and bleed the injection system on small, vintage Japanese-built tractors of the 1980's and 90's. Mine happens to be a Massey Ferguson, Allis Chalmers, Hinimoto, and Bohlens were identical under the sheetmetal. I am sure that others use the same (or similar) filter and injection pump, such as Yanmar and John Deere.
The WIX part number is: 33262
These old compact tractors can be very useful and are worth maintaining and repairing.

Thanks for the 1020 video. Would be nice to see one on servicing the hydraulics too. Thanks for explaining the similarities between the other tractors also.

Curtis, when the weather is warmer, I will do one on the hydraulics. Thanks for watching, these are great little machines.

Do you have a part number or site for the fuel bowl?

Where do you find parts for the 1020?

I mostly just google for them, although you can get some from the dealer still but it is spotty.

Yeah filters will not work if they're not changed.🤔
Now there is something I know about ... @ 5:34 making bad videos 🤣😂🤣
    18mm? 🤔Is that a SAE or Metric 18mm? 🤣😂🤣
