This is amazing , brings ack memories.My Dad was an Irish tenor, His name was Charles Cahill. I have never been able to find copies of his music. I know he sang with a group called "the Egan Brothers" f anyone has heard of this group I would be very grateful for any info

I would like to hear him sing this with a band, he's very good but I'm a little more slanted towards a pop sound like Westlife and Josh Groban, I think I would love it more with drums, guitars keyboards
You know Emmet is a fabulous singer, but not every singer can sing every song, this is one of those songs, remember songs are written for certain voices, the choir leaves much to be desired,Emmet in a different setting by himself would have done 1000 times better..but that's my opinion...
I tend to agree..Emmet has such a beautiful and powerful voice he doesn't need a choir or even music.. I heard him sing some Irish songs once acaoella with no backup or music.. just him., was absolutely and breathtakingly beautiful.. sometimes these producers try to put in too much.. Emmet doesn't need bacjup.. like you said he is so much better by himself, really appreciated your insightful comment thanks for making it. :)
