    Great video, matt.
I would like to say that you have to take what people say in chat, with a pinch of salt.
I have a lot of autistic people who come into my streams, and although they are very well intended, they sometimes do not understand that what they are typing in the chat isn't exactly appropriate, and they may just want to be apart of the conversation.
Obviously, when it's a new person in chat, it can be hard to determine if they just have difficultly picking up on social cues, or whether they are intentionally being rude or inappropriate; it goes without saying that it is pretty much impossible to be racist, for example, "on accident".
I always give people the benefit of the doubt if something a little 'off' is said.

Absolutely agree here Lawla. It's always really important to give people the benefit of the doubt, espeically with our neurodiverse friends. It's often pretty clear, from tone and intention, whether someone is well meaning or not (and conversely, how you can kind of spot a troll a mile away, as you mentioned). Thank you for writing this as I think it's really important, and these videos have raised lots of discussions for sure

Don't ask for a joke.. but you have a channel point redeem for a joke!
have you been rude? nah, playfully teasing with community members who you know! or the channel point redeem for personalised insult!
you're awesome Matt, and you've been building a fantastic community.
