I have the problem with my sonos one(was a gift)in my company still we have DSL Verizon connection,and the sonos kipping stop evry moment,but my company phone have good reception,i'd like to know how i can connect the sonos divice to my cell phone hotspots or how to change the divice to diferent wifi connections when they are available. Thank you.
My play 5 suddenly stopped working this morning all it does is flash white, I tried absolutely everything including what you showed in your demonstration video, but no joy I think there maybe a software issue with my play 5 generation 2, it's so frustrating as it has never played up before ...😞😞😞😞
Maria Camila Ramirez Valderrama I was in the same boat! Until I realized I wasn’t pressing the right button. It’s the button on the back that looks like an infinity symbol. I was trying to tap the top Play/Pause button ⏯ 😂

Even though i don't have the Sonos soundbar with subwoofer, why is the subwoofer not connecting to the soundbar?

I hold the play bottom in the sonos one, but it doesn't turn to any color. What else can I do. I don't know what I'm doing wrong
