Auba's finish was brilliant, but I think Garragher's goal deserved will be, without a doubt, the best goal of this weekend! What a work of art to close the game and secure the 3 points!

I would really hail Kepa performance, if it wasn't for him , Palace would have won the game at any given moment. He made two important saves that enabled Chelsea to still in the game.

@@danielashekun7001 He never did this. Receive with his back to goal, bring it down, and convert. There was even blabber about the entire team’s style needing to be changed cos Lukaku needs the ball delivered to his feet

So glad to have Auba, we so needed a striker like him on board. And Gallagher's goal was just fantastic, he has big potential and deserves more minutes. Also, team under Potter seems more disciplined and organized than before, happy to see that too. Lots of work to do still, but I'm hopeful. Go blues!

Guys, what a comeback for Chelsea! Gallagher scored a great goal, Kepa was a great goalkeeper, our 9 shirt curse didn't work and Aubameyang also scored a great goal!
It's Chelsea's second comeback of the season, we're going to recover in the Champions League and we're going to be in a position that has a vacancy for the next Champions League!
Let's see him score consistently in d number 9 shirt b4 we conclude d number 9 jersey curse has no negative effect on him.
4 me, aubu in his early 30tis is on d older side 4 football but he is a good skillful striker all the same.

Our midfield was terrible. Kova, Jorginho and Mount were extremely mediocre.
Silva and Fofana could never find anyone to pass and move the ball forward. Would love for Zakaria, Chukuwumeka to be given chance
U just spoke my mind, but zakaria, RLC and Callagher in the midfield
Mount played fine, made good pass and movement and good positioning to get the header chance. Jorginho however 🙃

Positive signs in playstyle and chance creating imo, just the midfield needs re shuffling and the defence will need energy too, important to get all 3 points while rivals dropped points

I nearly cried when I saw Aubameyang scoring for Chelsea. We Arsenal fans really missed this guy,but thank God Gabriel Jesus has replaced him.
Jesus is an excellent player. Some of the best dribbling in the league atm.
But he will not replace Auba's goals cause that guy can only dribble and not score.

Heartbreak goal for Crystal Palace after few minutes of applauding his entrance. Personally, I couldn't celebrate the goal as a Chelsea fan...why because I know how it felt when Frank Lampard equalised for Manchester City against us. I respect Gallagher for his sportsmanship. ❤️

No where did I state that Mendy is a bad keeper or worse than Kepa , there is no way Chelsea would win CL without him last time around , but just because Kepa had a few terrible matches doesn't mean he should be benched forever , he is still a young keeper , he could be a great future #1 for a long time , and I would hate to see him go since we payed so much for him ... And if both guys will be on top form there will be a lot of competing for the first place in goal , and that will only mean we will have an elite GK one way or another , that's all

Gallagher 💙very brilliant ball he played. The skill he made before the shooting was Top notch. Very demanding as a midfielder👏 But we need to find different skills to avoid our shot and passes being blocked away countless times. We look predictable at times.

Spot on, the flow of the game changed soon as Jorginho came off. Hope he is permanently benched
Replacing J5 and Mount brought the fluidity in midfield. J5 is slow, Mount is selfish and when combined, it's a slow selfish midfield and no striker will make it with them.

Kai/Ghallergher
Kova/Kante - Zakaria/Chalobah
Cucu - Koulib/TS - Fofana - James
Kepa
When James pushes high as a wingback, Sterling moves in as a 10 with Kai while Pulisic stays wide with Cucurella forming a back 3. When Cucurella pushes up as a LWB, Pulisic moves in as a 10 with Kai while Sterling stays wide with James forming a back 3. Attack in a 3241 with either wingers staying wide or coming short. This will always give us 5 players against a back 4 with Kova//Kante given the license to push up with the ball while the inverted winger or Kai join Auba in a 3142. But we need a midfield pivot of Kova - Chalobah or Kante - Zakaria, J5 can’t cover the blaze of the grass in this system. Mount and RLC should be tried at RB/RWB let’s see how worse they can be, Chillwell needs time to get up to speed.

That was some cracking goals scored by Aubameyang and Gallagher. I was happy to see new scorers on the score sheet for us yesterday and most importantly those were part of the players we demand goals from.

Hear someone say that the Gallagher assist from Pulisic wasn't a true pass. What the hell was it then?! Sure looked like he was driving to goal, had one man pursuing hi behind and three closing on him from the front, and then he pokes the ball out to Gallagher who was open.
We won't have had that goal of Pulisic didn't make that run, put Mount there and he'll likely pass back or to the LB who was also behind him.
