Actually, we used to go barefoot. My feet wuz so callused I could walk on glass an hot summer pavement. I hated school cuz had to wear rubbah slippah or shoes. I still hate shoes. 😅 In Hawaii we call dem zoris Japanese for slippah, or slippahs not flip flops. When we would wear put da slippahs an da strap would break it's a blow out. Example: I going be late need to get new slippahs, 'cause my slippah when blow out. 😂

It’s actually really good therapy for his knee. He should consider ice baths as a form of healing therapy. It does wonders on the body, the cold. He’s so active with his babies he could benefit from a therapy that allows him to recoup each day.

My husband used to sleep with no blankets and the window open with the snow blowing in on him! Now we live in Florida and have 3 fans aimed at the bed and central ac blasting.
I read an article that says if you sleep with a fan you will wake up with sore muscles the next day! Has that ever happened to you and your husband? It's also been proven that a person sleeps better when the bedroom temperature is cooler. When's your body temperature drops a couple degrees then you start getting sleepy and you go into a deeper better sleep!
