I normally don't buy a lot in thrift stores, contrary to popular belief. Most times, I am there to just donate stuff. Today, however, we have some goodies from Goodwill! Come see what I found! :)

I also remember having tingly teachers coming to my desk and whispering something. I didn’t realise how much I loved that until I discovered ASMR but looking back I remember feeling so good when they’d whisper up close like that haha

Yup. I would get the tingles and my eyes would start rolling back when a teacher would come over to explain my work to me lmao I would try to focus on what they were saying, but I would start to doze.
Mary, you could always do an "online jewelry shopping channel show" with the jewelry you've collected! That would be so fun & relaxing!

i actually found the entire collection of "series of unfortunate events" at my local thrift store for $15. I was so excited because I used to read the books when I was younger all the time.

I love the toy snakes. My dad used to buy me wooden ones, and I would wear them around my neck. It was so charming 😊🐍
My neighbors kid did this on the 4th of July lighting fireworks at 6 AM!!! I finally got up and slammed open my door and told him to shut the hell up! It’s way too early!

I've been after all the Series of Unfortunate Events books but have almost every OTHER Lemony Snicket book 😍 His works inspired me to start writing again several years ago and actually drove me to get my Writing minor degree. I'm wanting to get a VFD tattoo on my ankle because of my love of the series and just the writing in general of all of his books!

I’ve grown up shopping at charity shops (what we call them here in the UK) and since you mentioned shopping out of season I’ve tried to do that but I guess the stores are smaller here and they only put out clothing that’s in season!
Over the years I’ve had some amazing stuff and I love the thought of recycling what might have been sent to landfill. From your videos though I can see the price comparison and they do like to charge more here, especially if they think it’s a good brand.

Agreed! It amazing how much they charge in the US compared to us in the UK. Its because Alot (not all) of the charity shops, compare the prices online.
