Great video! thank you from Italy.
My suggestion: use a safety stand to avoid the risk of car falling while you are working (and remove your watch ;-) )
I like the copper grease it is magic solution against weee noise
    Ciao

You don't use cooper grease on the sliding part, that is why you have an uneven wear.

Did you ensure you got the inner and outer pad in the correct place? They are slightly different. The 'nipples' on the back are closer together on the outer pad.

Hey - cheers for the instructions, really clear and well delivered. I'm doing this job today on a 2015 1.5 Diesel Active Tourer and it's gone well... Except - my pads are now binding really badly on the same side that gave you trouble. I've had the carrier off, filed it free of debris and refitted it - the pads definitely move freely. I've also just replaced the piston and seal in the calliper as I thought that was the issue. It's as if once the brakes are applied, the piston on that side sticks. Any ideas? I'm scratching my head! I don't think the pads were sticking before but can't be sure - I tried the old pads in the cleaned carrier and it still sticks.
I've seen online that the ABS pump can cause issues with brakes sticking on this car but I would think that this would affect all wheels.... It's all very odd!

Most likely issue is to be the flexible brake hose cracking from the inside effectively causing a restriction holding the fluid to the calliper, this usually happens when the hose has been clamped to tightly in a previous repair. Thanks for the great comments👍🏻👍🏻🛠

I stopped using copper grease on brakes years ago... I only use Ceratec brake grease (made by TMD i.e. Pagid, mintex, textar)

      It's available at EuroCarParts.
I also recommend using brake cleaner, quickly dissolves the caked on dirt/dust
