It is true that I am on my feet for 10 plus hours a day. But the biggest reason is that I have been blessed with a great metabolism and I don't eat much else except on Sunday. On paper a Big Mac really isn't that unhealthy given its caloric intake, protein, fat and salt...Guys like this (as well as the undisputed Big Mac King of Don Gorse) usually eat two a day and THAT'S IT. That's literally 1,000 calories less than most national health organisations recommend. The problem is, when you tell someone, "Hey, so-and-so has eaten 12,000 Big Mac's in their life" the first thing they think of is a morbidly obese person who is continually stuffing burgers down their throat. They don't think about their daily life, how often they are eating, what they do for a living, if they are eating anything else... etc, etc.... These world record holders clearly are on a massive OCD mindset, but that's the key, they're set to a standard way for what they consume... People like you and me eat a variety of food, and given the choice we probably overeat. These people do not.
