6:02 now Im not Korean but I think the product here is used for drawing on something called "aegyo sal" which Koreans like. it is supposed to make them look younger which is why many love it. most of the time when Ive seen Korean makeup tutorials, they use a color similar to the one of the product. if it is too pigmented, your just gonna look like you cried a lot lol which is why I think its lightly pigmented :)

It can also be used on upper lashes for people who has short lashes. western mascara wand can be hard for asians to use so this kind can be more precise
Mascara is both for upper and lower lashes .....if you don't know....
