I think I got some sand in the gimbal, or I have a bad motor.

i am havibng the same problem. did you fix it? i used compressed air. helped a bit but not a fix. will try again...

I wound up giving it away to my brother in law. He was also able to improve it slightly with compressed air, but still not really acceptable. No more landing on the beach for me.
