Here's a fan vid I put together for the new Atlas Sound track 'Walkabout'. Great song. Album comes out October 20th. Enjoy, and I suggest full screen on HQ.
What did you want to see? What did you want to be when you grew up? What did you want to see? What did you want to be when you grew up? To go away and not look back And think of what the others say To go ahead and change your life Without regard to what is said And everyone must do the same You find yourself lost again Forget the things you've left behind Through looking back you may go blind What did you want to see? What did you want to be when you grew up? What did you want to see? What did you want to be when you grew up? To go away and not look back And think of what the others say To go ahead and change your life Without regard to what is said And everyone must do the same You find yourself lost again Forget the things you've left behind Through looking back you may go blind What did you want to see? What did you want to be when you grew up? What did you want to see? What did you want to be when you grew up? What did you want to see? What did you want to be when you grew up? What did you want to see? What did you want to be when you grew up? What did you want to see? What did you want to be when you grew up? What did you want to see? What did you want to be when you grew up? What did you want to see? What did you want to be?
Thanks! Atlas Sound always seems to find a way to have the best track going at the time. Definitely a sign of a musical talent exploding songs at an insane rate.
@annabananacakes I was going to say before that even though she might be on Glee, Dianna Agron has some fine taste in music. Anyone that has Bob Dylan, Atlas Sound, Grizzly Bear, and Arcade Fire on their playlist is ok with me.
everyone in the comments here are morons. noah aka panda bear only sings the chorus in this. bradford sings the verse. he's just singing a bit different and double tracked his voice very loosely which adds to him sounding that much more different. maybe most of you here are bigger fans of bradford, i dunno, but noah has a super distinct voice. im a huge fan of panda bear so to me it's as clear as can be. when i first heard the song i remember waiting and waiting for noah's part, and then the chorus hit, and i was like, yep there's those silky smooth layered vocals of his.
I've always liked this song, now that I'm on shrooms its my favorite.
I'm trying to get sober. This is one of my songs.
I've just found Atlas Sound while looking for Beak. Nice one.
OMG, the video is from fantasia!!!! I knew i saw it before! IT GOES PERFECTLY!

The song on my mind...
I saw him in concert today, for free! :D
Also, this video is totally like the end of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Nice job.
great vid :) perfect for the song (which is in itself perfect - so that's a big compliment)
great fan vid, bud!
Noah lennox is only singing on the chorus and maybe a bit of the aaahs but the whole,, "what did you want to see..." part is bradford cox

Yep, that's him.
thanks Stereomood :-)
damn this song is the 60s
Yeah, Well..they've looped a sample from 1965 (The Dovers-What Am I Gonna Do?)
So there you have it
If you love these guys, have a listen to Lilys ,paste this into the search 'Lilys - A Nanny In Manhattan'
I've loved this song forever.
Inb4 Dianna Agron fans. >_>
@annabananacakes I came here because it was on her playlist. But I've also loved this song for a while.
oh my god
How do i find this only 11 years ago?
Tops.
That is weird. Bradford only sings the 'ahhhh' background stuff. Noah does all the vocal sections for this one.
Weird, I can't seem to hear his voice in this. Although when the bridge comes around, I can definitely tell he had a hand in the writing. Oh well.
DIG
So wait, is Panda Bear singing on this track?
Ikr
@bradbz12 short musical attention span alert! Must hear hooks....must hear hooks...dont have all day...must hear hooks...
@talkingshitify if you are sober watch this video :)

Very weird. I feel like a bad fan now. I'm going to try to make myself look better and say it's because he's not multi-tracked and drenched in reverb.
0:24 for those who don't have all day
an annoying quarter measure looped; call it music...
I'm sorry, I didn't know there were rules governing what constitutes art and what doesn't.
