As a sigma I mastered spending my energy conscious and beyond ego in hard conditions it mostly makes people think I have no feelings because I control my emotions instead of letting emotions control me.

If it was talking about sigma mindset it would say in the video title that it was talking about sigma mindset, but it's clearly talking about sigma males and all the way through the video it describes sigma males.. also I've just quickly had another view of the video and all the way through it's talking about sigma males, using males as an example and it never once mentioned female sigmas. I'm pretty sure you haven't even bothered to watch the video because if you did watch the video you would know 100% that I am right and you are wrong in this case 👍🏼

When the La soufriere eruption occurred in my country St. vincent and the grenadines in 2021. I was in the super market and the eruption shook the whole country. I stayed calm and other people were nervous. Despite surviving covid and a natural disaster at the same time. I wasn't that brother. Now I want to hike the volcano soon.
Also my actions and decisions are made through a deep understanding of myself and in line not only by my intelligence logics common sense and ego but above all strict requirements and boundaries with my soul.
Yes being true to the character and purpose of your soul is more important than catering to the fancies of your ego/personality, although the value of a stable ego - grounded in independent confidence, unconditional self love and intelligent prudency - for surviving in this world and usefully expressing your soul in it should never be underestimated.
Most crisis will carry waves of other crisis such as, thrives may come out when the power goes out. Stay prepared
Sigs will survive because we are intelligent people.

Once or twice
My behaviour was always different from my siblings growing up I always did solo things . I only found I was sigma male last two year been sigma male is not same thing you can choose it developed at young age thru your up bring or experience you had by your area you grow up. Just been sigma male isn’t at all you have to put in the work perfect all area In your life to become complete sigma male.
