- This NEW Solar Warlock Build Features the Touch of Malice Exotic Scout Rifle and The Speaker's Sight Exotic Helmet!
The Touch of Malice Provides a Massive Damage Bonus at the Cost of the Weilders Health.
The Speaker's Sight Exotic Helmet Provides Healing Turrets which will allow Warlocks to Weild the Touch of Malice without the worry of an untimely death.
With Solar Fragments like Ember of Benevolence, Ember of Mercy and Ember of Solace You will have an abundance of Healing Resources at your disposal along with great up-time of all of your abilities.
The Touch of Flame Aspect will give your healing turrets more potency while the Helion Aspect will give you a Solar Buddy to deal bonus damage.
With all the health regeneration that you'll provide to allies and yourself you'll be able to terrorize enemies with the Touch of Malice!

Great addition to the build, never thought of using touch of malice. I've been running the build with Red Dead for infinite healing
So a build I've been using lately that no one seems to be talking about combines the new solar Aspect "Hellion" and the Exotic Legs "Boots of the Assembler." Use these with the fragments "Ember of Singeing" and "Ember of Benevolence," and you get a good offensive healer build. So basically as you stand in your rift, you send out both healing souls that keep your team alive while your Solar Buddy damages enemies for you. Pairs really well with the new auto healing auto rifle from the Pale Heart.
I forgot to mention that as your healing allies in your rift, your Solar buddy scorches enemies, and these two things mean you get your abilities back very quickly, especially your rift.

i dont have any raid or dungeon weapons but this also works well with khovostov, perhaps safer since you can snag your orbs from range

Definitely. I had a similar Titan build and it was.... Interesting.
Before they nerfed Facet of Command I used it with speaker's sight and I could spray Tommy's forever. It was fun while it lasted.

I was thinking the same thing. With Ember of Ashes, Tommy's has 6% higher sustained DPS (and no need to re-blight, no risk of reloading the "wrong way" and dropping DPS lower). I think Ashes replacing a fragment kind of takes the wind out of this build a bit though, so ToM is probably the better choice.
Took a lightly modified version and made 67 orbs in advanced glassway to test out 😂
You talk about tommy's matchbook, but you still go on touch of malice and i still can't stand why, pretty sure that tommy is far better being solar and causing lot of ignition in a solar build, even more with multi target, it's my goto for this build since i get this exotic head. it allow you to play empyrean instead of mercy so you always have restx2 and can use your nade directly on your mates. i really feel that firesprites are useless with benevolance. Tommy's allow you to play ember of singering to so you can spamm class ability if needed. and my fourth is inded ember of ashes, because player's don't need your help to be radiant in 2024. and your new super give it to them for burst when needed. For more fun on boss, during your super only use class ability at start and then if needed, nade and demolissionist solar grenade launcher , it will shine even if you're a f**king healer.

Still a garbage weapon i would use mine if it actually hit 25,000 per shot head shots.
I think it needs the Tommy's Matchbook treatment. With Tommy while you're burning it heals you continuously while in critical state. But ToM takes you beyond critical by making you one shot. So sustained damage healing you to full health (shields would still be down) would be nice. The whole hurting yourself gimmick was never good. But there is no way to remove the self damage without killing the gun.
ember of mercy is so bad...
