I have grown up in India as someone native with Hindi and near-native to English.
And recently even I came to the same conclusion based on my somewhat accidental research with the (pseudoscientific) theory called Indo-European languages. It's a theory that has been injected into universities globally and surprisingly so.
English is basically a Germanic forgery of mediaeval and modern French with a masala seasoning of randomly pulled Latin and Greek roots. It has no real word-formation mechanism of its own, and creates enormous mental stress for people of Asiatic background if they try to speak it accurately, because it has endless borrowings of words but no structure whatsoever. It's also the reason why the world is going crazy - and this claim would really sound weird, but it's true.

Is there any benefit to simply hearing mantras? Like Sadhguru's + Sounds Of Isha have some with musical accompaniment.

The soldiers are asked to stop marching at bridges as it might break if it's frequency of marching and bridge frequency are same.same way tuning forks of same physicality . And by this you understand the reverberation of sound. And so manthra and tantrA. The energy of manthra are coherently designed and associated to the physicality resonating and creating or removing destructions. Before creation of duality,no time, no materiality existed but energy. That energy is creating materials and can change material tooooo.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Well let’s be honest here, as spirituality is all about honesty, truthfulness this video may say the English language is the worst but Sadhguru is speaking English, he did a diploma in English, and if he didn’t know English he wouldn’t be as famous as he became and the positive influence he was capable of making wouldn’t have been so impactful in western countries without it, see the Tao is everywhere, clearly religion and spirituality is for everyone no matter the situation.

This is only about how it relates to mantras. Mantras need to be pronounced correct to make the right sound.

Try saying to English born people to speak Indian languages. You will understand whether English is the worst language or not. We are heading towards it if we only learn English. Worst is what parents are doing they speak English at home with their children not knowing they are destroying their consciousness as if speaking English is some kind of knowledge 😂 funniest shit ever. Parents look like clowns whenever they do this.

Ignorant, in our culture we are told to pray our God in our language, its about vibration of correct words,

No ill intended from the sage, just teaching, that why many religions tend to use proper language Latin, Hebrew, Hindu, and Agikuyu God worship according to religion or worship your in,
And yt, educated poeple are giving advice stop DELECTING,

Well that's fair. But you should also be honest. If you were a handyman, would you limit yourself by leaving the tools at home? The vast majority of the world speaks English and in order to get his point across he would vastly limit his point by not using his tools. And no matter what culture or religion mantras, prayers etc are different. You can not properly gain the true use of a mantra without 1st knowing how to propeely say it and too its meanings. Then only then can you truly know its purpose and truly benefit from it
