- There aren't many businesses in the sims 4 however, I thought it would be fun to try and run the ones available at the same time and see how much money we could make! If you do enjoy, make sure to give the video a LIKE and SUBSCRIBE if you're new!

The Sims stay for hours before deciding if they buy something or not because of the price mark up. If you set it lower, they generally take waaaay less time. Also, I never use employees since in that game you literally pay them for doing nothing and it's more efficient doing all the customer service yourself. My trick is to have two sims from the same household working at the shop for maximum benefits, and no salary to pay!
The restaurant price range was to high maybe that's why you kept getting minuses
Yeah. Afaik, you need to have more stars for higher prices to work.
The pregnant lady's storyline is to be pregnant if you read the household description, the family is bheeda

What's helped me with the restaurant is to start out with a relatively low amount and increase as more customers come through. Other than that though, I love your content Dicee!
I haven't fully used this mod yet so I can't verify how much it works, but you should try the mod by LittleMsSam where you can live at home AND run a business at the same time!
I have the mod and what you can do is add multiple live in traits (not restaurants unfortunately, unless she found a way to add it in recently), making it Theoretically possible to run numerous businesses simultaneously!
Plus, there's more than just retail and vet on this mod! You can run a Daycare and a bar for example, among other things!

I forgot the name of the mod, but there's one you can open any business type. I wanted to recreate a gym I had in the sims online years ago, so I tried it out, and it works really well! I just charged an entry fee, and it was so satisfying seeing sims pouring in. I don't have it any more, because it was sort of boring and I keep mods in my game to a minimum, but it's definitely a great one.

You do really have to babysit your restaurant more, especially at first. Your hosts, waiters, and cooks are going to need training and you need to make friendly with the customers or you're not going to get good reviews. I think your vet needs training too, but obviously, you don't need to babysit it as much.
If you're going to cheat your guy's needs anyway, I'd suggest alternating when you have the restaurant and retail store open. Just so you can be there while it's open.
Edit: You're going to have a harder time selling stuff when you're uncomfortable and stinky, so setting a goal of being uncomfortable is counterproductive. :\
