This month I've gone through an extraordinarily powerful experience which I will never ever forget. Being part of Streetlight Manifesto's B.O.T.AR was simply epic. These legends invited me to play some solo piano improvised takes over their songs as part of the show. With their incredibly rich music, the beautiful theaters we played at and the unbelievable audience that knows each song to its bones the result felt simply like an explosion 🔥. Here's part of a compilation I made of fans' videos from the NY show. I'm hugely grateful to Streetlight Manifesto and to the audience that came to the shows/ been supporting online - you all gave me a big lesson on the power of music & community 🙏❤️

Guy, could you possibly film yourself playing these? They are magical and I would love to year them with out the crowd shouting and in their full. Just like a one take kinda thing. I've watched this and a couple of other vids over 100 times!

Happy I found this and able to relive that night a bit, nothing will compare to BOTAR + Piano Guy. You seriously killed that show, and the Toh Kay show in NYC. Never knew piano could be so captivating

"i love you piano man" made me laugh but this is typical of a streetlight crowd, they are so hyped that they cant sit back and just listen to the music. in a professional music world, people yelling would ruin the show, but everyone here is present to have fun, so fuck the rules!
Streetlight Manifesto fans are the type to moshpit even if there are seats around. There's a video where all tha fans give a standing ovation.
