Why did you double stuff the balloons for this design?

Without double stuffed the balloon will look clear i want a darker color balloon / and for me it will look great and heavy for me

What was that stuff you pumped in to the Bloons before putting the glitter?

High float to make the balloon last longer , and the glitters stick ok the balloon
