    You can teach someone how to edit as well as how to use a pop filter.

      actually if i may that is showing how you or others have done it. Nothing more. That is NOT teaching. Follow me an be my clone or robot. Learn HOW n WHY I did this or that and UNDERSTAND. Then YOU decide what you want to create and say. look at THIS GUY EDITS or Kolschev (sp) Effect. Basically it becomes subjective, YOUR version. May or may not be proper and still work. Only break (so-called) Rules IF you understand why. For sh**ts n Giggles it may or may not be 50-50 shot. Have and understand a purpose your odds increase exponentially. THAT is all you can do or hope for.

    Just as a point of information, segue is pronounced, "seg-way" not "see-g."
    Thanks for the upload.

      Oddly enuff Not so COMMON Sense is a bit of an endangered species. It requires THOUGHT as to why and then you tend to see. Ok that makes sense (comon sense).

    You should take care of the quality if your voice over especially in tutorial like this. It is so bad that it is distracting and a bad example of dialogue editing.

  • @ravenvince2

    hold on...if you can't teach some to edit then why an I taking it in college. I'm only researching.

    • @nyazillagojira7079
      @nyazillagojira7079 Před 5 lety +1

      If i may, thereinnis the wordplay. or more to the point that i feel the current Generation or current society has misplaced emphasis on words. With editing it speaks more about (art) for lack of time for explanation. TEACHING is on a place n time for someone to create an atmosphere for the student to learn. Teaching is not pablum you spoon feed. ANYONE can show this or that. This is not teaching. Consider leading the Horse to water phrase. This is teaching. It is YOU who have be able and willing to figure out and learn what is being shown. Look at what is being said. NOT What you want to hear. Learning is ACTIVE (you have to do) Not PASSIVE (do it this way. and be a robot)

    • @ravenvince2
      @ravenvince2 Před 5 lety

      @@nyazillagojira7079 What? You can teach people to edit and there are hundreds of books to learn from. Editing is not an art form it's a skill that can be learned. Yes, there are technics that you can do to make the film more fun or artistic but you wanna be careful getting to flashy, people don't like that.

      Your welcome since you seem to have NOT actually looked or listened to what actually was said. As opposed to what you want to hear. I await your flames, I'm an Air sign. Please make me stronger.
