Have you ever wanted something so bad that you lied to get it? That's exactly what Jacob did to Esau. He knew what he was doing was wrong and he did it anyway. We all do that. It's human nature. I don't think the point is that we need to be perfect Christians who never sin. The point is when we do something wrong, the first moment we let our heads think about it, we need to turn to God. Ask Him for forgiveness and ask Him to touch our hearts and fill us with His love and wisdom. We need to turn to Him and He will bring us back. It's that easy. It's that hard
