- Hi guys! I know this is a quick break from the Dollar Tree Christmas DIYs. I wasn't going to make this video, but I thought why not!? This is my very last minute halloween costume. I have a really awesome skeleton body suit that I've had for a couple years and I thought this diy Day of the Dead crown would be perfect for it! This would also go great with a long black dress or black cloak. If you're struggling to find a great halloween costume, a Dia de los Muertos makeup and crown is always an easy and perfect way to go! I hope you guys enjoy it! And I can't wait to enjoy some halloween festivities!

Don’t wear this for Halloween. This is not a costume. Día de los Muertos is a 3000 year old tradition. If you are going to wear it for Día de los Muertos, and pay respect to your departed ancestors, is fine… but please don’t wear it as a costume for Halloween!
