I was in the middle of the F&O course, just finished the futures chapter, got excited and tried this by buying Futures of Pesistent Systems and bought 1 lot it went little down so I bought another lot. However, the stock kept going up and down and I lost 2.5lakhs !! So beware, your losses multiply.

There is one thing you have not covered with the 20000 leverage you can actually select 10 stocks (assuming you actually have 200000). Your chances of winning therefore increases. If you lose you lose only 20000 but in the other case you lose 200000
