As always love the way you link the old photos to the current view.
The canals are always so Interesting aren’t they - cool how you walked up the steps from the gushing river back to the canal
And Cromwell seemed to be well represented - at least he left bits standing.

Hi guys , hope you're both well,glad you liked the video,I like looking for old images of what it used to be like ,just makes you see how much has changed.
We both said you walk up the steps from the noise of the river to the peace of the canal ,there was loads of history on the canal we didn't cover maybe another video sometime ,Skipton is a lovely place to visit if you get the chance.

I've drove through Skipton and passed it on the way to the Lakes but I don't remember having ever set foot in the town, I think the next time I'm in the area I'll stop and have a look around, your video is very informative and enjoyable thanks for sharing.
