The idea that anyone can work in politics is not so much only in the US as the opposite is particularly special to Russia, where politician comes from somewhere else.

Kellyanne is a crackerjack who I have met. The Republican problem isn't about facts but about the lack of an electoral infrastructure. I tried to use a back channel to warn Trump that he was losing and what he needed to do, but it didn't work, he didn't do anything, then he blamed everyone else for losing. Something that happened in the post-Soviet era is that Eastern European and Russian women acquired a sense of style and beauty that they acquired from the West and that the West is losing due to its surrender to Woke propaganda. This is a cultural combat that is still ramping up and knows no end.
I think Julia got things a little wrong about the attitude of the Republicans to Obama. The.fact that he was black wasn’t really that important, the fact was he was not very effective in many areas of foreign policy and he carried on with Bush’s MiddleEast obsessions which Trump saw straight.away was a mess.The Obamacare he introduced was also very messy and a lot of people struggled with the unfortunate bureaucracy it involved.
The fact that President Obama was black was everything to the Republicans. So much so that a immoral, unethical, pathological liar, racist, dictator aspiring man such as Trump would gain full support of the Republican party. They rather head down a path to destroy free elections and democracy in order to prevent the possibility of having a black person become president again.
