I'm lacking 2 dragon seeds but I don't know where to look for them. I've completed side quests. But Cloud Tower part 2, Sparks and Red fountain are not blue yet (the text is not blue yet) but I've opened all chests and even done all the rolling. I have yet to defeat Icy though.

It makes the normal attacks stronger and gives you the powerful "Tidal Flame" as you can see on my Gameplay (czcams.com/video/kbgP0l2CM0E/video.html) on 31:19.
For the musical note, you need to give Musa the Minotaur hair. You need to talk to her before you go to Cloud Tower (7:30). For the dragon scale you need to put the Dragon back in its place and the Dragon scale is there (9:19)

Have you found the Dragon Seed in Red Fountain before the Dragon? It's common to people miss that one seed.
