- Nutella Braided Brioche Flower Recipe | Perfect Christmas Chocolate Bread
RECIPE:
500 g all-purpose flour (3 cups + 1/3 cup)
60 g sugar (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
2 eggs
90 g butter (1/3 cup)
150 g milk - regular or plant-based - (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
lemon zest + orange zest
4 g dry yeast (1 tsp + 1/4 tsp)
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
+ 1 egg and 1 tbsp milk for brushing
about 200 g Nutella or other chocolate spreadable nut butter (1/2 cup + 2 tbsps)
*For guaranteed results, it is strongly suggested to use grams as the unit of measurement.
